The Commission embodied this and other reservations in- the- minutes and passed a reaphttion declaring the report conGained essential elements of policy to restore the’ countries of central and ■eastern Europe, and submitting all documents to ; the Council of the League and preparatory committee experts for the World Economic Conference.
