PALMERSTON NORTH, October 3.. : In a reserved judgment, Mr Stout’ S.M. dismissed four charges of besetting relief workers, y against John Harvey Blair, a restaurant keeper, and one similar charge against Albert Lewis, a labourer, oif the ground .that the evidence was insufficient to disclose a foundation on which the Court could hold that the acts of the defendants were intended to intimidate relief workers, and make them abstain from doing any act they were legally entitled to do l . '
