SUNKEN SUBMARINE

September 29. ;The salvagers have reported t-hav they have succeeded in raising the sunken British submarine “M2” .within eighteen feet of the surface. An attempt is being made to-day to increase fine submarine’s buoyancy and to tow her to Weymouth Bay. REASON FOR DELAY. LONDON, September 29.
