TENNIS CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING. The Annual General Meeting, of the Hokitika Lawn Tennis Cltob was held last evening ill the County Chambers, there being a good attendance of members. The annual report and balance sheet was read and adopted. The. election of officers resulted as follows: —President, Mr C. H. Gutlirey; Vice-President, Mr H. F. Cooke; Club-Capt, Mr P. D- Dougherty; Sbcretary, Mr A. E. Dawson; Asst, »«.- retlary, Sir L. R. Laroombe; Auditor, IMr H. F. Coolie ; Committee members, Messrs Auld and 1 arcombe; Misses Wild and Davidson, and Mrs Randall. Several new members were elected and opening day was fixed for the loth October. .in.. _ _ It was decided to fix subscriptions for the ensuing year at: Men 32s 6d, Ladies 20s, Juniors 7s 6d .
