BOMB OUTRAGE
U.S. JUDGE IS THE VICTIM. WIFE AND SERVANT INJURED. (United. Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW. YORK, September 27. At Worcester, in Massachusetts, the home of Judge' Webster, Thayer, who was the Judge in the celebrated SaccoVanzetti' case was mysteriously bombed to-day. Judge Thayer escaped injury although bis wife and servant w.ere treated inlfthe hospital for lacerations and Mjfock. The structure was badly damaged. .On the assumption that the bombing was the work of a radical, in retaliation, Governor Ely has ordered exhaustive investigations.
