COMMUNIST BARRED
FROM LEAVING AUSTRALI A. TO ATTEND RED CONGRESS. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, September 28. A leading Communist who has been intending to visit the Berlin Red Congress next month, was prevented, at the eleventh hour, by customs -officials arid detectives, who attended the ship’s side and demanded his passport and order him not to embark. This action lias been taken at the instance of the Commonwealth Government.
