A DECLINE IN THE MEMBERSHIP (United Press Association- -By Electric Telegraph*—Copyright.) LONDON, September 28. The annual report of the executive of the • Labour Party, prepared for the Party’s conference at Leicester next week, shows a continuous decline in membership l since 1920. The affiliated membership l of the Party, including the Trade Union, is at present 2,060,042, compared with 4,359,807 in 1920.
