MAN ANSWERS COURT CHARGE. (per Press Association —• Copyright.) Tate, when inflicting a , fine of £2 and costs of £3/4/-, on Albort William Parker, who admitted his failure to supply seventeen cows with sufficient food. Counsel for the S.P.C.A. said that it was a serious matter. Out of seventeen cows on defendant’s farm, fourteen had died, allegedly from starvation The cattle were in a deplorable condition. There were circmnsances in connection with the management of the farm which had caused the inspector to ask for leniency^
