MORE SKIRMISHING
IN MANCHURIA TEMPORARY REIGN OF TERROR. (United Preset Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SHANGHAI, September 28. Reports from Harßin confirmed by Tokyo, indicate an alarming state of affairs along the trans-Siberian railway. This is due to the' capture ot Manchuli, the border station on the Sibei-i an-Manchuria railway, by antiManchukuo troops, and the seizure of the station and rolling stock. This is causing a complete dislocation, of through traffic. A considerable force descended on the town, creating a temporary reign of terror.
Though the fate of the foreigners there is unknown, there had been large casualties among the native population.
The anti-Manchukud troops are firing on the passing trains, rendering travel dangerous, It is reported that they also intend massacring all the Japanese in Manchuli and Hailar districts as a reprisal for the Japanese seizm'd ef Manchuria.
