Both countries are- now rushing reinforcements there for a definite engagement,

Meanwhile the Brazilian revolution, which has been in progress for almost three months, continues on a largo soale, The Federal troops report having continued their advance, but there has been no decisive action. Both isides are consuming vast quantities of war supplies, which hav*, been imported from Europe and the United State's. The boundary dispute -between Colombia and Peru is growing continually more menacing, with a war spirit raging in both countries.
