TALK OF STOPPING ANNUITIES. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, September, 24. The “Daily Express’ ’’ Dublin correspondent says: Farmers will send an ultimatum to the Government next week,, when a great meeting will pass a resolution demanding that President de Valera shall accept the principle of resuming negotiations with Britain within a fortnight, or alternately, hold a general election. If Mr de Valera ignores their demand, these farmers are determined to refuse to pay their annuity .. instalments.
