ARMS DISCUSSION
GERMANY NOT ATTENDING. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) GENEVA, September 23. 'lt is announced that Germany has decided not to offer any written reply to Mr Arthur Henderson’s appeal for her to attend the Disarmament • Conference. Herr Von Neurath (Foreign .Sinister) as the lieau of Germany's large delegation, 'has arrived at Geneva for the League assembly meeting and nill personally explain the reasons for Germany’s action.
The disarmament discussions, therefore are being adjourned till Monday.
