MUSSOLINI DECREE
COLLECTION OF INCOME TAX. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received this day at 9.26 a.m) ROME, September 16., A Mu'sohni decree announced that income tax collectors in -future will not b© guided by the amounts declared by tf’e taxpayers, but will take into consideration income, the existence of which is obvious, from the taxpayers’ manner- of life. ■ This is intended to counteract cases of people living in luxury and declaring ridiculously small incomes.
