* SHIPPING DISAGREEMENT. : G'jCSBORNE, September 15. : Loading on the liner, Piako, which reached anchorage at 3 o’clock yesterday, was interrupted at 4.30 p.m. by' the refitsal of the watersiders to accept overtime employment on the new rate. Barges, laden with meat and' butter, 1 were sent back to th. sh'ofia. The wofik was resumed this morning.!.
