The “Daily Telegraph” says: When the National Liberal Federation meets, there is every probability that a resolution condemning the Ottawa decisions will be carried by a large majority, but the motion does not include any criticism of Liberal Ministers who it is believed, do not regard the issues raised at Ottawa as threatening the unity of the Government.
