WAR DEBTS
BRITAIN AND AMERICA. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON. September 14. The ‘‘Daily Herald” says .that Mr R. MacDonald and Sir John Simon today received Mr Mellon (United States Ambassador) and Senator Reed at Downing Street. It is assumed, the Herald says, that the war debts, will he among the subjects of interest discussed at the meeting.
