A gloomy view Jugo-Slavia’s economic plight is given by a financial expert who has just returned from Belgrade. He suggested that it is inevitable Jugo-Slavia will default in . her September payments. v* L '
The people had. lost faith in the 'dictatorship, and only strict repression had prevented a revolt. The harvest was a failure, which aggravated both the discontent and the monetary crisis. The expert suggests that a national government is the only remedy.
