PLANS FOR NLXT CONFERENCE. } Plans already are taking form' for the fifth biennial conference of the Institute -of Pacific Relations, which wifi be held at Banff, Alberta, in the Canadian Rockies, in late August and early September of 1933, on the invitation of the Canadian Institute of International Affairs', of which Sir Robert Borden ex-Prime Minister of Canada, is honorary president, and the Hon. N. W. Rowelf is' president. ..
