The programme for the Wellington Racing Club’s spring meeting was approved at the monthly .meeting of the committee yesterday. . The eyonts are the same as last year, but the stakes to be distributed have been "reduced from £-1,400 to £3,790. , ' The hack events are untouched, also the open sprints, but small reductions have been made in the Wainui, Wellington and Roseifeath Handicaps, also in. the Harcourt Cup, in. which the trophy is deleted.
