COCKATOO DOCKYARDS LEASE

CANBERRA. August 31. The Federal Cabinet has decided to call tenders for the leasing of the Cockatoo dockyards in Sydney. If a satisfactory offer is made, it is probable that the Government wi.J go on witli the proposal to amalgamate the dockyard with the Garden Island engineering workshops.
