Heavy rain continues to fall throughout the, Wau;arapa and floods are increasing. In Master ton the menace of flood water is becoming serious, and a number of houses in the town have been invaded by Lib water. The roads aie becoming mere impassable through further slips, and traffic is hold up in many directions. '
