There is much speculation regarding the meeting of MM. Harriot, Chautemps, and Myer with Sir Herbert Samuel at Jersey. M. Horriott is on a pleasure, trip, 1 but there is the impression that the ministers will tnkO the opportunity, disduss with Sir Herbert Samuel the prospects for a new FrancoBritish trade treaty. Mr Samuel says that the meeting has no political significance. ;
