TO BE DISCUSSED AT ROME (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, August 27. A non-political International Conference has been convened at Rome in November. It is to discuss the European economic and financial crisis. The Conference has received Signor Mussolini’s approval, but no Italian Ministers have been invited. The British representatives probably will include Messrs Lloyd George, Winston Churchill. ami Sir Ausl.cn Chamberlain and Sir Eric Drummond.
