Charged with haying murdered Hilda White, thirty-three, in Cente uriPark on July 27, Victor Francis Lamerto (oi< Januscherskyy, labourer, was requitted at the Central Police Copr:. Mr Sheahan (for Lameito) said that Lamerto was a foreigner, and the only evidence the. police, had against him was of a circumstantial character.
