Mr Churchill ref rred to the present troubles of the United iStates and tins
country, and concluded: “Be sure we shall both succeed. Then, victorious in our separate spheres, we may. IP'P hands to give encouragement and example to others less strong or less canable, and animated with the indomitable perserveranoe of Washington and the courage of our ancient race we may together revive the fortunes of mankind.”
