SPANISH ACTION
AGAINST REVOLTERS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received this day at 10.25 a.m.) MADRID, August 17. Government have introduced a Bill in. the Cortes to expropriate, without indemnity, the property of big landowners engaged in the recent Monarchist rebellion. The Bill aims at noblemen with large properties in Andalucia and Lamancha, [where agrarian reform has. commenced, which urgently requires such laud. The threatened rebels include the Duke of Medinaceli, Spain’s largest landowner, whose title dates to the fourteenth century.
