LONDON, August 15. “The Times’ ” Madrid correspondent says that, with normality restored, the interest in Spain now centres round-the trial of those arrested. There are one thousand prisoners to be tried of whom sixty-six are officers, including many of the heroes of the Moroccan campaign. .General ban Jurgo’s. rank .. entitles him to a special trial, but the others will be tried m two batches. Inhabitants of Villa San Jurgo have petitioned the authorities to rename the town as they consider it mow a disgrace to the republic.
