WELLINGTON, August 15. It is believed that Parliament will open on September 22. Mr Forbes stated to-day that the date would he announced this week. It would be towards the end of next month'. He added that Mr Coates ahd Mr Stewart Would probably’ leave Salt Francisco on August 31, arriving here on 'September 19.
