Laiwn, chairman of Hokitika Prospecting Association to-day,' in connection with the deputation .to the Minister in regard to a request for an art union permit , for the Prospecting As.vocations, of the Coast in aid of prospecting operations. The message ;is as follows: ! ' , J ' ... ; ■ , “Mr. Neil Warren and I interviewed Minister of Mines on Thursday and Minister of Internal Affairs to-day, Tlie Minister of Mines stated he would do what he could to have prospecting associations’ application, .put ahead of other, applications. Minister of Internal Affairs stated he was. favourable to the application being- put ahead of many other applications. Also marked your application for early favourable consideration. We feel sure your application will be with the next -two Or three to -be granted. .Regards.
