Nazis’ tension, as they are hardly likeiy to accept minor Cabinet posts which are believed do. have been placed at their disposal. Further widespread outrages arc reported. The minimum penalty is ten years’ imprisonment. • This is imposed for injuring police, or participation in disorders. Demonstrations are prohibited .during August except on Constitution Day, August 11. Incitement to violence, particularly on the part of newspapers, is severely . punishable.
