Mr Forbes has been fully engaged in Cabinet, business to-day. He presided at a meeting of tlhe Ministry in the morning and/again in tlife afternoon, th s -second gathering lasting until the early evening, Hon, M r Masters returned to Wellington, from Christchurch this moi'fiiifg.
