The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says; Undeterred by Herr Hi'blen’s pledges or Chancellor Von Papen’s threats, the Nazis and the Communist. r Dynamitards continue their work of death and destruction in Germany. A h°mb, with devast.ng force was exploded at Brunswi k, damaging twenty-five houses. : Almost, all were the houses of Communists and Socialists.- • .- There have been three other bomb outrages in the city, some without any attempt to put into execution the Government’s decree against terrorists which includes death penalties. The newspapers declare that this delay is duo to a differ ence jf opinion in the Government, some of the members of which hold that the Hitlerites should lie answerable for( their crimes, like everyone else. ' Hitler’s newspapers urge the Government to outlaw all of the -. Communists and t.,< allow the Nazis to atm in self defence. .
