DEATH SENTENCE
FOR PREMEDITATED MURDER. Received this dav at 1.5 D.m.t PARIS, July 28. The Prosecutor described Gorguloft as a depraved bigamist, a latter-day Rasputin. Counsel ' lor the defence contended that Gorguloff was an absolute lunatic. The jury retired for twenty-five minutes, and rebur riled with a. verdict of premeditated murder. ITie death sentence was passed on Gorguloff, who was led away shouting unintelligibly.
