Mr Patrick O’Boyle, a well-known setfclerfof Camerons phased away last ■evening at the Grey’ ‘River Hpspital, at the- age of 72 years. - A native of County Antrim, Ireland, he came to Canterbury in 1879, and to the Wesc Coast in 1886. He had been settled at Camerons for the past forty year’s and was highly esteemed by all who knew him. He toad been a ling for some years, and entered the Grey Hospital a fortnight ago. He is survived toy his wife, and toy two brothers end two sisters in Ireland.
