ISAN FRANOTSCO, July 23.

The Board of Port Commissioners reported to-day that 2269 oceangoing vessels arrived at the municipal wharves in the first half-year of 1932. compared with 1964 in the late 1930 period.

The vessels were smaller on the average than last .year, the tonnage being 3.774,074, compared with 3,896,429 last year. Imports from foreign lands increased to 59.818 tons from 52,500 tens in the same part of last year. This is believed to be unique for the Pacific coast, shipping records for the periods on other parts of the coast i. porting decreases. ■
