A LIGHTING RATE of Id in the £ on the Capital A r alue of the rateable property on tile Valuation Roll for the Borough of Ross. A WATER RATE in respect to the ordinary .supply within the meaning of the Ross Borough by-laws, on all lands and'buildings; to which watar is suppled. (a) —IVhere such annual rateable value on the Valuation Roll does not exited £l2 10s. a rate of 10. s per annum. (b)—Where such annual rateable value exceeds £l2 10s a rate cf 6 per cent, on such value. On all lands and buddings to which water can be, hut is not, supplied, situated within 100 yards of any part ot the water-works, a rate of one half of the above rates. On alii Ross town sections where there are no buildings, situated .within 100 yards of any part of the water-works, a rate of Is per s.ction.
