(b)—Where such annual rateable value exceeds £l2 10s a rate cf 6 per cent, on such value. On all lands and buddings to which water can be, hut is not, supplied, situated within 100 yards of any part ot the water-works, a rate of one half of the above rates. On alii Ross town sections where there are no buildings, situated .within 100 yards of any part of the water-works, a rate of Is per s.ction.
