OUTCOME OF CONFERENCE. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) • LONDON, July 24. Mr Henderson, upon his return from Geneva, said that he -did not pretend satisfaction at-..the results of t-he Conference, which, however, were npt ffito tirely valueless, since- there was a definite advance towards a drastic' measure in air disarmament. Th e Conference favoured a budgetary reduction m the limitation of armaments, but it must deal more boldly herewith, also unless into practice, jthe Conference would not agree to the final'treaty which would be disastrous:’ -
