Tho first of these conditions may or may not be fulfilled under the 4A Scheme, / so far as actual money wages are coni ; cerned, but, as the employing farmer, is required to make his 'contribution in the shape of food and accommodation which much ■be considered to be part of emoluments of, the worker, this circumstance alone is sufficient to putythe .St wages under the scheme outside tho statutory exemption.
