(HOKITIKA LADY’S ACHIEVEMENT
Playing on the Mahinapua- links yesterday afternoon, Mrs W. Wilson of the Hokitika Ladies’ Golf Club had the distinction of holing out in one, on the Topknot green, a distance of 105 yards. This feat has been performed by men in this Club before, but Mi's Wilson is the first lady member to join .the distinguished “hole-m-one” circle. • • . ■■ • The customary “penalty” will be “paid” next Saturday at the Club house when Miss King, who recently won , the Coronation Medal will be presented with that trophy. ; ' _v' , '
