ROM®, July 20. Economic hostilities have begun between Italy and France, following on the . imposition by the French of restrictions on Italian fruit and agricultural products. Italy had placed restrictions on French perfumery, cosmetics, soaps and similar articles, and also on leather and certain classes of machinery.
