(Received this day at 9.25 a.m) LONDON, July 17. ■ Despatches from Moscow state that the Godless League instructed a British Communist leader to inaugurate a great athiestic, propaganda campaign in Britain by calling a.national Athiest Congress, for which Moscow was preparing an extensive amount of anti-religious literature. A special attack was reserved for the Pope, and Roman Catholicism.
