Th e Ross juniors met the Hokitika •School at Boss ou Saturday, School winning by 8 points to 6. Mason and Adamson scored tries, Adamson converting one. For the local team, Paiker and Hevel’dt each scored, neither being converted. Ross bad the heavier team but gavo a very poor display of football, lacking combination all through. The School team played a fast, -snappy game, showing much better combination, and deserved th.ir win. Mr Cutbush was refor-e.
