LORD SNOWDEN’S VIEW. LONDON. July 4. In a characteristically acid speech that delighted listeners and scathingly condemned Sovietism, Lord Snowden incite House of Lords attacked the Socialist, Mr Marley, who recently Russia - to Britain’s detriment! “T was preaching Socialism when Marley was in swaddling .clothes,” he declared, “but I never based my conception of the Socialist State upon the ruins of the capitalist system. ~ “May God save England from such ■ {Socialism as exists in Russia,” he add.od. ■
