Allegations that lie bad fraudently represented lie bad contracts to do electrical work for big oil companies, and had succeeded jn obtaining credit to the extent of ovei; £IOOO were made against Isiah Joseph Hills when lie appeared - before Mr Page, S.M., at the Magistrate’s Court to-day on a charge of obtaining credit to the ex--tent of £149, from the British General Electric Coy. The accused ,-plqhded' not guilty. He was committed supreme-Court, for trial. V : %
