GREY SALE YARDS.
Messrs Dalgety and Co., and the National Mortgage Co. report on the fortnightly stock sale held at Greymouth on Monday. Their combined entry totalled 45 head of prime fat cattle ' and-60 fat sheep. The price per hundred for the better quality cow liieiftor and ox beef .ranged from IVs fid top to 22rs 6d per hundred, and although tire entry was a, little in excess of requirements, a total clearance' was affected_ avliitot- fat sheep were on a par with A ddin<>'to-" rnt-n.
