LONDON, July 13
Lord Oraigavan told an Orange demonstration that Ulster could never again be used as a pawn by a political party. Britain had guaranteed the inviolability of Ulster’s constitution, wherefore it would be wise to. repnain out of the picture in respect of •the Free State incidents. 1 He hoped that the visit of Dominion delegates to the Orange world council would assist in cementing the En>pire..- tt .^ r . : ENGLAND’S REPLY.
