ASHBURTON, July 0, The Weather was dull and the attendance fair. The track was rather slow. Til© amount, invested on - the totalisator at the meeting was £7704. Triaf Handicap:—(2) Dark Girl 1 (8) Coral Prince 2; (3) Doll Dance 3. Won by a neck. Time 3.30 2-5. Royal Wrack finished first, but' at a subsequent meeting of the stewards was disqualified for the use of an ear twitch. The placings were altered, the •second and 'third horses, . Dark Girl and Coral Prince respectively, taking first and. second places and the fourth, Doll Dance, being awarded third position.
