The Farmers’ Union adopted the following remit without discussion —That exchange on a national basis, is the .property of " the exporter or importer, and as- such it should he beyond the right of the Government to interfere withy also that exports should not bo. commandeered, unless in . s-uc-h a. state of national necessity, that all services and .property are taken over by the Nation.
