WELLINGTON, July 7. -Stabilisation, as effecting industry, commerce and finance, is the only remedy tor present conditions which uill result in 'the recovery of the farming industry and a- revivalll of trade, according to the president of the 1 aimers’ Union, Mr Colin who. addressed the annual conference ' today.
