OTTAWA MEETING
TO BE FULLY REPRESENTED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) OTTAWA, July 3. With the announcement that Premier A Her dice of Newfoundland, with Hon. Mr McNamara, Member of the Executive Council, will attend the lmperiol Conference, all of the countries of the Empire have named delegates to the parley. The indications are that the Conference, will Proceed t° business immediately following the opening on July 21, sitting five days each week.
